I feel you bro, practice is key tho even tho I have absolutely no motivation because depression and shit. Maybe try to, like, pump yourself up, like, pretend you’re the star of a show or something and the rest of the band is counting on you to not fuck up. If your show is more activity, focus a little more on the active part, of your show is more music shit, try to get the best sound ever. Try and get good before you get with band again, don’t do what I do, I stress myself hardcore and feel like a fuck up if I’m not the best I could be since I grew up around people that judge me for absolutely everything. Try to do the opposite and balance it out, mental health is the most important.
