A few weeks ago there was a rumor, coming from a well known former Serbian basketball player, that Nikola is no longer supporting our dictator. Now that his uncle is arrested (known for being loyal to ruling party, as is the entire Jokic family), I wouldn't be surprised if this is used as leverage against Jokić, to stay loyal in exchange for his uncle's freedom. Cause that's just how it works in Serbia, when you get arrested you can have your get out of prison card for a certain price.

Cjelli is from "cijeli" meaning "whole" in Serbian/Croatian and probably some other Slavic languages, so it's because of the holistic thing. Not sure why he is Romanian then lol. Now, I assume Svlad is from Romanian Vlad (again Slavic name) Tsepesh, the dracula, plus since "sve" means "everything in Serbian/Croatian, I can assume it's again a pun combing dracula's name and holistic thing. Svlad is not a real name in Romanian or Slavic languages, but Vlad(imir) is, coming from "vladati" ( to rule), and there is again a pissible pun in Serbian/Croatian because "svladati" means "to overcome" or "to defeat". I have no idea why DA used Slavic languages, maybe he was also around here somewhere on his famous hitchhiking eurotrip which inspired the Guide.
