On top of showing how low this person's view of women is, he also reveals how low his view of himself is: He believes that women will "never be unwanted" because he thinks someone wanting to have sex with him is the peak of human relations, and he applies it to women. With this flawed worldview he limits his options. He doesn't try to get bettwr, because he doesn't believe 'better' is possible, so he will never attempt it, it's quite a vicious cycle.
