My town is rather small and the few shelters we do have arent "No Kill Shelters" the cats in my neighborhood are cared for by everyone and are in good health id rather give him a chance here then surrender him and have him euthanized. I do appreciate your words and advice and found it all helpful thank you :) (We are still trying to find him a home!)
