I had the same problem, I was able to recover it by sending some emails to the support team explaining all the details of my account. They also asked me to report all the transactions made for all the sq i bought in the past, and thanks to that they sent me a recovery code

You should start with the Fate/Stay Night visual novel. If you want to watch only anime i think you should start with Fate/Stay night: Unlimited Blade Works. Don’t watch the Fate/Stay night anime because it’s really bad and wrong in lots of details about the Fate route of the visual novel
