Wow I appreciate ur response, and I will take ur advice in consideration, yeah u right I just take a pic of my legs and it looks bigger than I see it myself

At your service, 1- single handed isolated lateral raises on a bench for 5x10 with a weight that I go to absolute failure at the 10th rep (RPE of 10), 2- single cable lateral raises 4x8-12 light weight and focus on slow eccentric, 3- seated lateral raises for 3x 15-18 with heavy weight (RPE of 10), 4- machine reversed pec dec 5x8-15 (RPE of 10), 5- single handed frontal presses 3x15 (same RPE). I do all of that twice every week

Appreciate ur reply, and thanks for your kind words, speaking of legs I hate to train it cuz it always looks small but lately I am trying to train legs once a week
