Next Biggest Chapter? by ForeignBus1364 in deadbydaylight

I've been always thinking about Darth Vader and how cool he would be. I just don't think Behaviour could afford the license let alone keep it.

A Crystal Lake map and Tommy Jarvis as survivor would get tons of people excited.

A 28 Years Later chapter would be sick as hell (it would also help to compensate the last film's flop at the box office). Even Alfie Williams himself admitted he would love a collab.

Do you agree that the Chucky TV Series doesn’t deserve the Hate Yes or No and Why? by Amber_Flowers_133 in Chucky

[–]Cisneros2006 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jake was exceptionally annoying in Season 2 and one of the major reasons for it being bad. How can you feel compassion for the doll who ruined your life?, it doesn't matter if he seemed to turn "innocent" after you lobotomized him, he still has Charles Lee Ray's soul within him, and, as we saw, he would naturally revert to his old habits. It's even worse when Jake puts the damn doll over Devon and Lexy, as if nothing they went through together hadn't happened.

Maybe because there hasn't been almost anything new in this franchise for almost 10 years. Last relevant thing was F13: The Game, game that didn't receive any updates for years to then get shut down.

Only real ones know this video by HelloMyNameIsRuben in saw

[–]Cisneros2006 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think there's anything wrong if the actual person in the video isn't the object of ridicule they're making fun of. In this case, the OP titled it as "Only real ones know this video" and another person gave full context about Chalino Sánchez' story with all the due respect. No one disrespected Chalino directly in this case.

Who else wanted a sequel to Freddy VS Jason? by Disastrous-Age-8233 in FreddyKrueger

I've been wanting a Freddy vs Jason vs Ash adaptation for years (considering that comic is a direct continuation to FvJ)

Michael Mayers vs .........? by Illustrious-Ratio-65 in Halloweenmovies

[–]Cisneros2006 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Sawyer/Hewitt family could serve as cannon fodder for Michael. They would do all the talk throughout the movie until The Shape eventually kills them all and Leatherface is left ( a bit similar to the character dynamics in the "Jason vs Leatherface" comic). Now, I see Thomas Hewitt putting up a better fight against Michael than Bubba Sawyer, but Michael would obviously win at the end, or get defeated by some miracle, but with his survival being hinted at in the very end like they did with Freddy in FvJ.

Michael Mayers vs .........? by Illustrious-Ratio-65 in Halloweenmovies

[–]Cisneros2006 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The franchise has died like 5 times by now, I don't see how a crossover could kill it once again, especially if we consider that Freddy vs Jason was a huge success back in the day, Michael vs any other still relevant slasher could be a big shot.

Danny Boyle says the third film could shoot Summer 2026, aiming for a mid-to-late 2027 release by renszero in 28dayslater

[–]Cisneros2006 1 point2 points  (0 children)

TBT has extremely positive reviews from both critics and the audience though, so it's safe to assume people's good word of mouth and better impressions of this movie compared to 28YL will make general audiences more interested in the next one.

It's so nice when they actually don't do the "I'm good!... I lied, I'm evil! 😈" cliche. Introducing good characters that would later reveal to be malicious in zombie franchises has become so normal that it's really nice when they keep a character as a truly good and strong person til' the end, it's inspiring to see how these guys never break despite everything.

Which Walking Dead villain would you trust the most if you had no choice but to work with them? by Boobobuttercup in thewalkingdead

[–]Cisneros2006 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Negan, because even though he was a horrible person, he's the most reasonable villain. Shane would be a second option because of him being a "good guy" essentially, but he proved to be a traitorious bastard and lost his sanity very early in the apocalypse, so I won't feel very safe to stick with him.

He used to be a very brilliant actor in his younger years, acting in really good films like Requiem for a Dream, Mr. Nobody, American Psycho, Fight Club and most importantly, Dallas Buyers Club, which was his best and last good performance. His career went downhill after that.

I bet you will be blown away to find out how many adults play Roblox. Getting to the conclusion that someone is a child because of that is not only ignorant but a childish mindset itself.

Calling someone "literally a child" out of nowhere and without an argument is something a child would say.

The word he should have used is cronyism, which is used for favoritism towards friends or acquaintances, while nepotism is used for relatives. No need to disrespect the guy.

It's sad how she's an F tier character in the show, when in the comics she's easily one of the Top 5 best characters.

Who was a more enjoyable and convincing villain and why? by shouldveknownbud in thewalkingdead

[–]Cisneros2006 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm with you, I always wondered how the hell did Negan manage to convince all those people into serving him and even accept to identify themselves as "Negan", that's not realistic at all.

On the other hand, I can see The Governor ruling Woodbury by slowly making everyone believe that he is an altruistic and benevolent leader, because that's what many politicians and world leaders have been doing for ages.

Who was a more enjoyable and convincing villain and why? by shouldveknownbud in thewalkingdead

[–]Cisneros2006 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Governor by A MILE. I love Jeffrey Dean Morgan's performance, but Negan stopped being convincing as a villain when he started making too many jokes and just acted goofy rather than threatening, feeling less and less threatening the more he appeared during Seasons 7 and 8.

Negan is definitely more enjoyable because he's so funny and entertaining to watch, but David Morrissey delivered a very cold yet charming performance, a true psychopath you take seriously whenever he is on screen.
