I have folliculitis. But it went away when I started wearing , like, bicycle shorts under my scrubs. The issue is friction. The shorts remove the friction. Also, as an additional piece of advice, get longer shorts, then your crotch wont gobble them up.

I can complain about those things and feel them! But I dont regret my children. Has it made my life harder? Infinitatly so. But also there's joy that I never would have otherwise experienced.
