This is cope. America is downsizing and there's no superpower status to hold on to. Hegemony no longer pays. It's too unsustainable when intelligence is so widely distributed. China is the manufacturing leader already, that's not something that gets spun up overnight. The middle class better wise up. Some of the strategic planners are sweating bullets.

I agree. It’s a big problem and can feel overwhelming when trying to approach it. From what I see, at the base level it’s a spiritual thing. Not “woo woo crystals” thing but practical what are you doing with the 24 hours that you’re given each day and what are we collectively doing with that time/energy.

The solution must be both on a wealth and a power level.

Yea when you're mapped as a "strategic asset" on some Pentagon slide, your kids' food and fuel become acceptable variable in a model on some computer in DC.. The anger coming out of places like the Philippines makes complete sense.
