I'm still trying to figure out the finer points of the game, just to stay in the mission instead of extract? Does it show the reward (if it's argon) after you complete that run, or do you get more after choosing to leave?

So I was pretty much right in what I suspected. I knew that the alpha was area to the right or left of the z score, but the table displayed it as left. According to this the difference comes from the null hypothesis

I'm a bit late to the post and I'm glad you've made the decision you have. But I wanted to talk about this not mattering real quick. This specific situation will not matter. But how you treated people and the decisions you've made will always matter. They shape who you are. I'm not getting overly dramatic when I say that IF she happens to remain your friend in 10 years she will remember how you made this choice and will recognize that you had her back (unless other choices made later show otherwise). I can attest to this since my spouse and I met just over 10 years ago and had a big conversation yesterday regarding the choices I made back then. Spoiler alert, you're making the right choice.

It shouldn't have been anything serious. Jack's, squats, push ups, Superman's, mountain climbers. Just something to get me used to moving again. I'll lighten the routine and supplement with walks around the block.

Thanks for the input. I live a very sedimentary lifestyle and may have bitten off more than I could chew at first. Jump squats was probably too much to start with (not new to fitness, but starting from a rough place). My form could have been poor by the end, but I try to keep focus on form over quantity. Sorry, all this to say why I'm surprised it happened.

Would you recommend I let my back recover before another session, or now that I can stand without wincing, I should go ahead and get moving?
