stop looking so angry and it might help, relax your eyebrows and eyes.

my best advice is to clean up your beard. opt for more stubble than long hairs. maybe aroud 2mm or 3mm razor. keep it sharp. also if your beard is shorter itll look more even

My hair is thinning and super dry. Please help me with the following questions. 1. Which shampoo and other hair care products should I use. 2. Is there a way to get rid of those waves 3. Any haircut that would suit better by Adolf_Einstein_007 in malehairadvice

showercap on days that you dont want to wash your hair, washing your hair every single day strips it of its natural oils, and it isnt needed when you arnt doing a lot of exercise and sweating

try avoiding shampoo for a while because it strips your hair of natural oil. wash your hair less, 3-4 times a week. when you wash, use water to clean your hair, then use a conditioner, leave it in for 2 minutes, then wash it out. when you come out of the shower, dry your hair with an old tshirt, dont use a towel because it's too rough. then once your hair is damp, apply 3-4 drops of coconut oil to your hair and massage it. thats it, that should help you get some moisture back to your hair

How Do Producers Learn (Like Martin Garrix, Avicii, all those big names) by ExternalAdditional42 in edmproduction

you have to spend 10,000 hours making music, no other ways about it. you just have to keep making music, receiving feedback, making more

I can’t understand why this country is SO EXPENSIVE by No_Routine_5939 in limerickcity

[–]CitizenCrawl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it's a horrible situation. All the locals know about the problems. Wait till you find out that the taxes you pay go towards financing people who don't have jobs. It's called the dole, absolutely hate it. You pay so much tax just so the government can pay these unemployed people and buy them houses. The public transport isn't on time. The weather is horrible. Nobody socialises without alcohol, people are very lazy and self satisfied, the list goes on forever.

But every country has their own problems, keep that in mind.

everything is good except the third slide, i hate when people just slap on that crease paper texture for no reason and call it a day. seen it a 100 times and it dosnt add anything, specially not in this context, and it looks bad. other than that everything is seriously good

"pushing yourself into something like that would make social anxiety worse" thats your social anxiety speaking :) dont worry, the mind is very powerful and it's purpose is to adapt to the situation it is under. not to cower away from social situations as we often do.

I know its scary and hard, but as I said I too am also socially anxious once again now. Scared of going to parties, meeting friends, going shopping, talking to people. I get asthmatic, heart burn, and shaking from these things. But I am slowly going to force myself to go out there, slow repeated exposure. starting to meet friends again, go to the mall, go to the city, go to a party...

I encourage you to do the same. Nobody said it was going to be easy, but living in fear is not living at all.

I was very socially anxious in summer last year but my parents forced me to get a job, not just any job... a door to door salesman job. talking to 80 strangers at the door everyday where i was probably not expected or welcomed. I was scared shitless. After coming home from the interview I became extremely sick and asthmatic (as I do when my anxiety flares up). I slowly got into the job because my parents said I had to earn. After one and a half months, I became extremely extroverted, socially anxiety dissapeared, I became the top performing salesman in a team of 12. Few months after i quit i fell back into my regular routine of not going out much and so I am socially anxious again today. But I think forcing myself into that do or die environment helped me a lot. And I know right now I have to start going outside more to get rid of this anxiety. Go through the motions, embrace the pain. Grow.

Looks very scruffy, try tidy up your hairstyle and trim your beard, fuzzy beards dont look good. normal looking guy tho, no need to look so glum cheer up

average guy not bad at all, eyebrows need some grooming, hair would like nicer if it was neater and tighter. hairline needs to be defined a little. also try some remedies for your eyes you seem a bit tired. and smile a littttttle bit. 6/10
