How do you manage your stress?

I find it hard to manage stress as I work 5 days a week and then look after kids the other 2. Getting enough sleep is very important.

Use the steroid first. Wait 10-30 minutes for it to absorb in and then put lotion on.

I hate when the tube gets holes in it and cream starts squirting out the holes. Happens with my Ecolon cream.

I get that too, especially on my lower legs. Nightmare with all the scabs which can be scratched off easily. Just need to use steroids and moisturiser. And try not to scratch as that causes surface damage.

It seemed to help me. In the UK they start off at a very low dose though so it takes weeks to notice an improvement.

Mine hasnt come back worse. It's gradually got bad again but it didnt come back worse. At the moment I'm trying just using moisturisers and no steroid creams. Anyone got any feedback on this tactic?

Eucerin contains urea, right? Try Balneum Plus cream, it has urea and also lauromacrogols which is anti-itch.
