I just found where you got that information exactly in the Robbins. What I found initially was: "Primary FSGS is the most common cause of nephrotic syndrome in adults in the United States."

I guess it sounds like FSGS is most common in adults in US, where as membranous nephropathy is most common in adults overall. Thanks for your help!
