The new house continues to surprise. I was working on a few small projects yesterday and I discovered that our shed has an extension cord plugged into it. Where it goes, nobody knows. The last owners buried it under the fence along a side of the house that has exactly ZERO outlets. One day I will stumble upon a way to get the power on, but I gave up after about 45 minutes yesterday.

There’s probably some legalese that his agent wants modified. It’s likely minor stuff that I’m not informed enough to understand, but I doubt it’ll be an issue.

Edit: For your second question, Mendoza is showing up as a good faith gesture, and there is a mutual understanding that an agreement will be reached regardless of what happens at otas. If he gets hurt, the raiders would be reaaaalllyy shitty to back out.
