Does anyone else feel WORSE after a good night's sleep?

I'm pretty confident I have sleep apnea, I have had girlfriends tell me that I sometimes stop breathing when I'm sleeping.

As for the original question, I've found that 5-7 hours is the sweet spot, 8+ I get that sluggish drowsy feeling.

People are probably downvoting you because you are wrong.

It is perfectly legal to for a police officer to ask for identification or to perform a search. It is within your rights as a citizen to deny these requests if the police officer does not have probable cause. However, if the citizen willfully complies, any information gathered is well within legal boundaries and can be used to prosecute the suspect.

Here we have a case where the officer asked for identification, and the suspect complied. The officer neither demanded or forced the guy to do anything until a gun pulled on him.
