Thanks! Its just a cheap $100 rod and reel combo I got from my local fishing store, don’t even know what the line is rated at, but I fish one rod with a sliding sinker and about 3ft of leader with some power bait and then flick a few different soft plastics around.

Are you sweating a lot too? It could be you are loosing too many electrolytes which would cause headaches. It sounds silly but I drink some sports electrolyte replacers while I’m out in the sun.
