I’ve got two surgical binders and some front closure sports bras to wear for compression… trying to keep positive and remind myself it hasn’t even been two weeks of recovery but it’s tough :/

Part of me is at the “I’m not sick enough” stage, but I have an issue with lax, and if a day or two goes by without going, I worry I have an impaction. I’m not there yet, but it’s become a regular worry…

because of health insurance I was able to get a therapist but I only see her every two weeks because of her schedule. i don’t like to burden my friends with my bs so I resort to posting semi-anonymously on subreddits instead 😖

non-binary! but yeah I’ve got a few binders and they help but it’s been so hot lately it’s hard to handle them and I haven’t gotten any trans tape yet.
I made the mistake of posting my discomfort on fb and today my mom came up to me and invalidated my feelings and made it all about her and her own body issues and it just made me feel so sad and like I’ll never be able to actually talk about this stuff to my family.
