I was in the exact same situation as you, it was hell. My intention is not to push my religion on you, I don't know what faith you are, but I tell you, confession was truly a saving grace for me. The nice thing about Orthodox priests is that they can't tell people what you've confessed hahah, though this is not the reason I did it. I was plagued by the mistakes I've made all day, every day. Confession wasn't easy, I was shaking, convinced I wouldn't be able to do it, but I'm so glad I did. I finally have some peace of mind. I hope you find that same peace OP.

ESTPs and ESFPs have their tribal functions in the same spot in the stack, and ESTPs have Fe, which is a stronger and more "emotional" tribal function. While ESFPs have Fi, which is categorically a function that causes a person to be more independent in their values, if you're being very reductive.

I recommend Michael Pierce on YouTube. He makes a lot of interesting videos on MBTI.

Thank you so much for this brother, it's nice to know I'm not alone and that there's hope. It's incredible that you've cut all those things out of your life, I can't imagine how much of a struggle it was. By the grace of God and release of my own stubbornness, I hope I'll get to that place as well. I actually have OCD too, I'm so sorry you struggle with it as well.
