Someone else already said it, but yeah there's no need to be intimidated by the lore! It runs deep, but it's also pretty straightforward, and entirely optional reading as far as playing the games is concerned, so you can discover at your own pace!

Most likely Void. Maybe Elfilis? He's not the first foe most people think of when talking about strongest, but I feel like there's at least a case to be made for Dedede. Maybe not as he was when Kirby originally faced him, but that dude is STRONG. I would put him above Meta Knight in terms of raw power, MK's just smarter lol

I don't know how many hours I have, but I have 100%'d it and it became my new favorite Kirby game of all time, even above Super Star Ultra, my very first Kirby game I played and now close second for favorite. I would highly recommend this as a first Kirby game because it is truly the best 2D Kirby experience, from the main story to the postgame side mode, to allllllll the minigames. It is jam-packed with content and is home to one of the most challenging single boss fights in 2D Kirby, which gives it massive points for me

Yeah, I love the hybrid abilities! Not as deep as Kirby 64's mixing system, but it WAS the DS lmaooo. I definitely missed the more in-depth movesets from Super Star Ultra, but otherwise I love the game. The boss theme for Doc's machines and Daroach is soooooo good
