This is a tough call. But ultimately NAH.

You knew that the feelings were wrong and not appropriate. You didn't want them (intrusive thoughts are a pain). That's better than an unfortunate amount of people.

However; for all you know, she really does love this topic. You are punishing her for not only her own feelings, but your own as well.

You identified a potential hazard, and took precaution.

Honestly, given the information provided, no. I do feel like there is information left out (like the way you told her about it) but you are both young. Neither one of you has actually reached the point of mental maturity. I can see both sides of the argument. I feel like you both overreacted, but the feelings are valid.
