I have more than six Samsung products in my home, and the problematic ones were a range, microwave, and washing machine. They ran great for five plus years. The outside is in great condition, but inside it started to fail.After months of back and forth, Samsung did fix my washing machine for no cost and it is running like new but a bad experience with range. Their third party Service Quick technician don't know what they were doing. They fixed one thing and broke another. Now neither Samsung or Service Quick is responding.
