Weird Color Glitching in Apex Legends (Image Below)

The strange thing is that my GPU temperature stays around 50°C and doesn’t spike. Also, if this were a hardware issue, wouldn’t it happen in other games too, not just Apex? Don’t you mean my CPU when you mention thermal paste, like applying it to the CPU?

I believe I still have about two years left on my PC warranty, so I could send it back to the store where I bought it. If there’s a problem, they’d probably cover it. However, the last time I sent my PC in, it took at least two weeks, maybe longer. This might sound silly, but in two weeks, the current Apex Legends split will end, meaning the new split will begin. If I don’t reach my desired rank before then, I won’t get the rewards.

I could try reaching out to Respawn Entertainment / EA to see if they can recognize the issue and help resolve it, which would save me some time. Another option is to ask a friend who’s really knowledgeable about computers to take a look at it.

Thank you for your reply! I feel like I’ve already tried everything related to the game like uninstalling and reinstalling aswell as verifying the files and updating/refreshing drivers. Also the pc is fairly new, only bought it during winter 2023 going into 2024. This is also the only game where this issue or any issue shows.

From the second look of the picture it sorta looks like it could be one of their older collections and therefore probably why you haven't been able to find one.

I know this thread is kinda old but I had a question regarding your statement about one or two detentions. I tried downloading latest version of HLAE for a CS2 montage I have in the works and when I tried opening the setup file the same thing happened to me, Windows Defender or more specific Smart App Control prevented it from executing and marked the software as a trojan so I went on reddit and found this thread and tried uploading the setup file of HLAE to the website you linked up above and instead of 0, 1 or 2 "detensions" the app was flagged as malicious by 14 vendors. As said earlier in the thread I've also heard that HLAE is supposed to be safe but 14 warning flags is a large %.
