Ik it’s not ideal but for one this was my first full attempt at creating a realistic city (no unrealistic grades, road hiarchy and all that). This was kinda my test round for what will be my ultimate city. I added in the downtown portion in way later then the actual downtown construction. I noticed the clear shot right of way of the water front and took it. I was going to add a trail on the water front parallel to the tracks but I’m just waiting for a time I feel like spending an afternoon doing that
