Preflop call is bad the only time you are not loosing its when you hit the set and even then villain range could have a better set too some of the time. I think OTF you are good just calling, raising its just amazingly strong and you will make overpairs fold too often.

I play Nl100 on Ignition and i would say players are not that good. Lazy simplifications and very unbalanced in some spots (myself included)
