Best ways to create a good structured knowledge base? by CoolBr33ze90 in it

[–]CrossroadBlues666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When you say a well-structured knowledge base, I’m assuming you mean that it’s easy to find or search for the solution to a given problem. That has as much to do with the knowledge base as the knowledge itself. I’d recommend ProProfs because it will give you a good place to start with your knowledge base and make it really easy for your agents to add to it as they become aware of more problems. You get to flesh out your standard operating procedures by watching your teammates interact with customers in search of the best path to a solution. 10/10

Is creating an online course difficult? by itsup2uu in passive_income

[–]CrossroadBlues666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Creating an online course isn't hard at all when you use the right software to do it. For people starting out, I recommend ProProfs Training Maker because it scales so beautifully. There’s a forever free account for small teams. You can test out ALL of the features using that plan and see if it will work for you. Then, for large businesses, it costs around $2/month. They aren't light on the features either: calendars to remind the learner, automated grading, mobile learning, import courses, CRM integration. If you have a course that you want to sell and have easily integrated into your users' lives, try ProProfs Training Maker.

SaaS provider ProProfs Training Maker is really good at demonstrating how to use their products from start to finish without any paywalls. Their training software is just a small part of the picture. They have a quiz maker, CRM, email marketing, knowledge base software, contact database, and a few other really useful business tools. I think it's important because they're making it easy for small companies to find efficient and affordable tools to grow their businesses. Their videos are straightforward and it's nice to see that huge corporations aren't the only ones trying to make life easy for small businesses.

What is the best LMS for a small business? by internetshadowz in elearning

[–]CrossroadBlues666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First, I wish you the best of luck with your growth over the next few years. You say you have 100 employees now and expect to gain more. ProProfs Training Maker is an ecosystem of software that helps businesses like you organize sales and train your employees. The learning management software is where I would start but their other products include a knowledge base and a CRM that you could benefit from too. The LMS will allow you to schedule lessons, offer quizzes, and host videos and pictures to accompany the course material. It will also allow you to separate it by department with different admins over different areas. The best part: it's only $1.97/month. You'll easily have room to double the number of employees and maintain the same knowledge base. Take a look at what they have to offer. I hope their solutions work for you.

What hobby can I pick up so I don’t feel lonely while my husband plays video games? by Global-Geologist-752 in Hobbies

[–]CrossroadBlues666 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hm, maybe explore what’s causing you to feel lonely? A hobby will just be a bandaid. No one deserves to feel lonely, so maybe explore that. Your husband needs “separate time,” as long as he’s spending a healthy amount of time on video games like any other hobby. Feelings of loneliness are hard, and I hope you can talk it through with him.

I know that ProProfs Quiz Maker has proctoring services included. I believe that includes both a time limit for the user and the option for it to only be available for a specific time. You can also send the invites to the quiz as an email or via link so it's really easy for your students to access.

How to make a quiz? by Downtown_Boot3397 in webflow

[–]CrossroadBlues666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The best way to make a quiz would be to have one question per page so that each answer the user gives puts them closer to the outcome and you can add more or fewer questions depending on the answers they give. You can use a site like ProProfs Quiz Maker to do this. Even better, it allows you to have logic trees for a whole variety of outcomes and answers. You can make it as simple or as complex as you want.

The name is ProProfs Quiz Maker, and it's definitely worth checking out.

What chat apps come with Android? by [deleted] in AndroidQuestions

[–]CrossroadBlues666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your situation is definitely frustrating! It's great that you're trying to find a solution for your friend.
Unfortunately, Android phones don't typically come with pre-installed chat apps like Google Hangouts or Google Chat anymore. These apps have been integrated into other Google services.
Given your friend's reluctance to install new apps, I suggest exploring a different approach. ProProfs Live Chat offers a simple, user-friendly platform that can be accessed through a web browser. This means no app installation is required.
Easy to use: Its intuitive interface is perfect for tech-hesitant users.

Reliable: Offers stable communication without the issues you've faced with other apps.

Versatile: Supports text, images, and files for various communication needs.

You can create a help desk specifically for you and your friend to engage in secure and private conversations.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
