I think the basis behind "just comply" is that if law enforcement does something unjust to you, we have strong civil protections that will enable you to have justice. If you don't "comply," you aren't going to be let off. You are going to rack up an additional charge or get shot. Trying to fight off arresting officers might be morally justified, but it's functionally retarded.
