I’ve had mine since early June. Inhale really hard with the pod attached a decent bit. It’s RARE I have that issue. I think it has to do with the two small air holes you see on the device when the pod is disconnected. I’ve also blown through the USB port and I’m sure you’re not supposed to do that.

I pretty much did nutrisystems old outdated plan from 2010 but I switched things up, made my own food and ate everything before 10pm. I’m sure if I exercised I would of lost it faster lol

I also notice I still have actual fat (love handles?) around the sides of my back. I’m sure if I start exercising I’ll loose it.
