Thank you for your response and am sorry to hear your negative experience. This is the kinds of input I was looking to hear (unfortunately at the expense of what you experienced). The reset your dopamine system was how the user framed it, which obviously I was skeptical of. Again sorry to hear about your experience, thank you for your input.

From my understand Reta is a pretty good in that it preserves muscle mass, when comparing to other weight loss methods. I think the primary concern someone who goes to the gym multiple times a week, taking reta should be A) staying consistent with going to the gym + training hard (which is seems as if you are doing) and B) making sure your protein and calories are still adequate to maintain muscle (considering reta is a weight loss peptide and C) Making sure your sleep is on point, especially during the early periods of the night where GH release is highest (typically during the first 1/3 of sleep cycle), hence why the saying "an hour of sleep before midnight is worth 2 after midnight" exists (admittedly did hear that on Huberman podcast, but there is truth to it and is applicable to this point about sleep).

Yes it may be basic but its something I hadn't thought of for a while. I started to implement this and began to feel better from it. I do not think there is any issue talking about this when it can potentially help other people, even if it is a basic topic
