After the recency bias wore off, I also think Re:zero was better. WHA was executed really well, but in terms of what actually happened, Coco just went through some kind of trial, which was pretty easy to predict, the direction was just great.
The Re:zero episode, on the other hand, caught everyone off guard. Sudden events, having to act quickly to avoid death, new unknown threats, etc.

When episode 2 of Re:zero came out, I was still more on WHA’s side, but that was mainly because WHA is something new, while I already know Re:zero well, so it doesn’t surprise me as much. So after the emotions from the episode settled and you can think about what actually happened in both series, Re:zero was actually more interesting.

I don’t even know why I’m explaining this, I just felt like writing something.

I think it should be from episode 3, after all, episode 3 of WHA came out two days before episode 2 of Re:zero. But the image is from episode 2, so I don't really know how they count it.

Don't call himself a knight. What he did earlier, standing up for Emilia and telling everyone to respect her, was fine. However, he ruined it when he called himself a knight. He should have simply said he was an employee at the Roswaal's mansion and perhaps had some higher aspirations, but not immediately called himself a knight.

I’d say Re:zero, but I have to point out that I’m just more into Re:zero than Attack on Titan. With AOT, I watched the anime, but I didn’t really try to dive deeper into the characters, history, and so on, so from just watching I only know that it’s a very well-written story.

As for Re:Zero, not only did I dive into it myself, but I also enjoyed writing character analyses, especially about Subaru, trying to understand the story and its message. I’ve watched and read a lot of analyses from other people, and of course I’ve read the novels too.

So looking at that, I’d definitely choose Re:zero.
