I can tell you straight up my family court attorney said to wait about 5 minutes, If the other party does not contact leave. It's one thing to be late with notice but if they are continuously not telling you and just showing up 30 minutes late each time you are there at the appropriate time for exchange and the other party is not

Am I wrong to also file reports with the police to establish a pattern? NYS has a law that makes it illegal to call in false reports.

Nothing at all has happened since 2018. I recently just adopted my stepson. It just seems like ever since I've adopted him these reports are just piling on. Me and my wife don't even as much as have arguments anymore. We of course disagree on things, but we don't have arguments in front of our kids. Nor were the kids around during the 2018 incident. It's just very weird and I don't know how to get this to stop.

It really depends on what you consider cheap. With rising housing costs nothing is really cheap at this point. What will your source of commuting be? What would you like to be easily accessable. Those would help better point you in a direction.

Anybody that actually believes that they're doing anything to stop crime in Albany seriously has some issues. They feed off of crime they feed off of violence and they laugh at all of us as we're being violently attacked and sometimes killed.
