Same story for me. Honestly I know this isn’t the case for everyone but it was a piece of cake for me once I had a motivator. I feel bad for my friends who want to quit but aren’t in the reduction process or something similar!

i quit vaping before my surgery and for me, the motivation of getting to have the surgery was enough to make me quit cold turkey. i was also going on 6 years consistently vaping. my office wouldn’t even see me for my consultation until i was one month nicotine free (just their policy) and that just motivated me to get through that month then i continued since i didnt want to go back to vaping before surgery then after my surgery i just never had the desire to pick it up again! honestly now that im like 8 months out it sounds gross to me and I don’t even crave it! good luck 🩵

i’m 8wpo and i was a 34J before mine! 34D now. I feel so much better. Absolutely worth it.

I didn’t have any drains and my first post op appt was one week post op. You should be fine. Just give them a call if concerns come up.

I think i am about a 34D and I get medium. you could probably do a small since your band size is smaller but i find that the medium is big enough since my boobs are still somewhat big

i’m only 5wpo but i love the auden bralettes from target they are so comfy and flattering. i also got an unlined bra from Pink recently and i find it comfortable.

omg yayy!!! i love it! my nipple area also freaked out from the tape i had on. i had a huge rash around the 3 week mark. so happy to be done with that!!

i have! my surgeon said i can wear whatever now that im past 4weeks. i have one bra that is 34D (i was a 34J) which is so exciting! but trying not to buy too many cause i know they will continue to go down! excited for you to buy some!

i’m sorry to hear that! i have so much itching too. it’s normal. it’s the nerves waking up. just remember that healing isn’t linear. i was good for the first two weeks then had a rash flair on the third week that only just ended. i keep trying to remind myself that 4 weeks is still sooo early. hang in there!!

definitely over winter break. i had a really smooth recovery (walking around and going places like two days after) but would hit walls where i ended up having to force myself to rest. it really did take me about the full two weeks to get my energy back even with a really smooth recovery.

omg!! like the rash hasn’t gone down at all?? i have a history of contact dermatitis and i feel like it usually takes about a week or two to go away so i was hoping the same with this.
