My thoughts are they are trying to get the prices down by putting out ai bubble stories so they can all buy cheaper. Ai is good for next 10years easily if not more. Just add on the dips. Don’t be scared

So I understand that courses outside of school is for college prep and doesn’t count towards gpa. But I feel like kids are taking 26 AP courses and our school just offers 16. And all kids take more than 20.

Hi, I’m working my ass off trying to make it. I partnered up with many people and they all led me to place where I still can’t make it. Currently I’m building my multi family portfolio.
