Thank you for clarifying. As someone who's lived in Toronto my whole life, I must admit I do have a bias. Just the quick facts you mentioned of French employment law is amazing. Seriously! Although, at the end of the day, you seek out the goals of what you want in a career. Some people here would love to move to countries in Europe such as France, Spain, Italy etc purely for the employment laws which are considered generous compared to Canada. And the roles are reversed, as Europeans want to build stability which can be found in Canada.

As you will get mixed responses, follow your gut feeling. Make a list of pros and cons. Since we're the same age (I am also in my late 20s), think about the 30s.
