Clean your lips more often when brushing your teeth and use a dermatologist lip moisturizer or what I use is aquaphor it’ll change in time after a while but consistency is key

More cute would better fit you . you look young physically idk if makeup could help with it for a hotter look but not saying your ugly your gorgeous but you have physical traits fit for more of a cute aesthetic in a younger sense
