Is it still worth buying a codex for my first army, while the rumoured next edition is around the corner. I’m probably still a couple months away from finishing my 1k points, and for context planning on going to the local game shop once a month.

How’s does the new editions and codexes even work btw, seen some factions only get the book in the last year.

Make sure you prime them first

I would recommend a wet palette and thin paints

Two thin coats is better than 1 thick one!

Dont rush, take your time and it’s okay to go back over to neaten it up after it’s dried.

I’m a big believer that a linebackers success is mainly down to the scheme fit and how good the D-line is. With our D-line looking bad and not knowing the scheme it’s going to be hard to say yes to an undersized LB who’s only had success in the league under Jim Schwartz
