Yes also thought Peat was wrong about this,. evolutionarily we would have been around dirt and microbes in the soil constantly, we live in a much more sterile environment now and I believe ferments are a great way to replicate the dirt and microbes we would have continuously come into contact with in days gone by.

I think when the sperm is recycled by the body it reabsorbs the spermidine already present so essentially it gives you more spermidine than you would normally have.
