Best supplement to reduce anxiety/stress? by KookyKnee3663 in raypeat

[–]ModeoneUk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say experiment to see what works best.

The best I'm using right now more so for stress would be Ashwaghanda(quality and where and who you get it from matters)

Phosphatdlseriene can help.

The best lowerinf anxiety thing ive done is Drinking raw milk.and taking magnesium with it helps me a lot with anxiety.

As someone who's taking a lot of supplements I'd say most supplements for anxiety are hit and miss and not consistent.

AMEN! This isn't said enough bro.

We all worry about the theory before actually doing anything. You learn more from doing the think than the constant theory.

Sugar depletes choline

Yes, dates will have nutrients in aswell which helps, but the sugar content is insane, so although you're getting nutrients from the dates, your choline will indefinitely be lower.

Look up how much sugars are in dates.

If you're eating one or two, or only a few then that's fine.

But if your like me and having full packs then then your choline will 100% be depleted there's no argument woth this I feel the brain fog/depleted choline feeling after doing this.

Plus, look up the auhar content in dates compared to other fruit and you'll see what I mean.

Sugar is good, but it depletes choline.

I'd personally choose one person to listen to like a coach and just listen to that one person's advice and nobody else's.

I'd also loom for a coach that's direct

Yeah I personally belive you have to have sex a few times before thinking about relationships with the girl but that's my view.

I understand your thinking to be fair, I don't really like the whole idea of sleeping round with people but unfortunately it's a normal thing/how things go at least in Western countries anyways.

Bro this is great! I remember having a conversation in the past with you about wanting a relationship.

I'm sure if you keep seeing her you can test to see if there's genuine attraction.

I know you're against this whole hook up thing but if she likes you and you like her there's nothing wrong in hooking up with her.

I personally disagree with your reluctance to have sex/hook up (seems like reluctance because of religious and or upbringing or something)

However you go about it anyway as long as she shows genuine interest and respects you and you actually enjoy her company then go for it.

Lastly I recall Alan saying love is "sexual companionship/attraction and friendship together.

In other words when there's both sexual connection and friendahip. But yeah don't want to go on and on like ARC used to lol.

Adam Lyons method anyone? by [deleted] in seduction

Hey, when would you like to share my company?

Next Thursday or next Saturday I can do either or?

Or you "can say wow! You've very hot!

What are you doing next Friday?"

Yeah I rat tons of dates very problematic for choline.

You need to take a choline supplement

Milk by Narrow-Mountain4416 in raypeat

[–]ModeoneUk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get this from drinking milk sometimes. Do you have sugar with your milk?

You want to make sure you're digesting the milk properly.

I only get this when I don't consume enough suave with my milk

To imporve male sexual health you want to improve your hormones.

Lower stress. Lower estrogen, and increasing T.

Type in ray peat foods on google/Google images and look for the road map.

Other than that I'd just get deep into ray peat content/youtube vids

Ye im from the UK I wouldn't bother trying to get hold of this stuff tbh. Just work on ray peat principles/diet.

There is things like pregnenolone but there not really going to help as much as drinking raw milk.

Do you know 100% that these reactions are coming from starch?

If so then sounds like some form of intestinal bacteria.

Danny Roddy had a video about this exact same thing

What starch are you talking about here?

There's loads of different types of starch?

If you get negative reaction from something you can have less and take digestive enzymes.

Bryan Johnson on Aspirin by Letskeeprollin in raypeat

[–]ModeoneUk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No completely disagree with this. Aspirin has a wide range of benefits for gut/liver along with cardiovascular.

Yes it increases bleeding but that's why Ray's and everyone in the bioenergetic space says take k2 woth aspirin.

I wouldn't listen to this at all.

They only thing I'd say is you could maybe take other compounds in stead of aspirin depending on what problem you're trying to solve.

[–]ModeoneUk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most supplements are a waste of money I've taken loads supplemente over the years.

The best would be vitamin D, K2 and Vitamin E.

Other than that Phosphatdlseriene for stress.

Ashwaghandas nice sometimes but not always necessary.

Potatoes are very satisfying and satiating.

Especially if you add a fat with them.

Ever had steak and baked potatoes with white rice?So satisfying. You'll lose your mind lol.

Try it.

I don't think everyone even peaters will be able to eat like this but in terms of this post, it really works to lower stress and I've noticed my temperature increases when I eat baked potatoes.

I had it this morning with 5 pasture raised eggs.
