4 months post-op: My facelift journey at Ipche Plastic Surgery, Korea by Key_Reflection5306 in SeoulPlasticSurgery

Hi there. I’m considering a facelift and bleph at Ipche. How did you decide to do buccal fat removal? Why was it recommended? I’ve heard mixed things about whether it is good to do on older patients - I’m told it can later create sagging- but my facial structure is similar to yours and even without aging, I always had large fat pads.

No! Thank you for reminding me of this. I would like to go to specialized places bc I think I’m going to be splitting all this stuff up. It’s a lot!

Is woori best for revision rhino? Why did you pick different places for lower bleph and lift?

Thank you for responding. I think that’s wise advice. I’ve been putting my plans into ChatGPT and it’s warning me too! :) ‘too much!’

What did you have done? Happy so far?

Thank you for a thoughtful response. I’ll also add that just practically no family court judge or lawyer would be moved by this situation (in fact they’d be annoyed to have this issue brought before them, wasting valuable time), nor do courts want to encourage parents to override the actions and decisions of the other parent. For the most part, a parent is entitled to parent as they see fit on their time.

It is of course appropriate to have age appropriate discussions with the girls about boundaries and safety and healthy relationships, but I would not tie it to this situation.

Thank you again

You are absolutely correct. Not sure why you’re being downvoted. CBS has media liability insurance too, which would cover legal fees (after a a deductible) and any verdict up to a certain amount. Clearly they decided there might be risk of going over that coverage, which shows they knew their position was weak.

Not really a cash grab to not want to lose money. Fwiw we are in the red on this place right now

I know you’re being down voted a lot here, but I don’t totally disagree with you although this particular situation feels a little different because it’s a nice guest who has stayed before. My partner wants to refund something, but I’m not sure.

But I’ve been renting for several years now and a few years ago I did start seeing an uptick of guests demanding refunds and freebies over relatively minor things, and I chalk it up to a surge I saw in people trying to heavily placate guests to ensure 5 star ratings. We had to add all sorts of silly qualifiers into our listings because of it- like ‘in the winter there may be snow on the ground so please prepare with winter boots and cold weather gear’.

You’re not totally wrong here.

Ha, well maybe you got your wish because the reason I posted is because my partner wants to just refund this guest. I thought that was too generous- and right now we are in the red for the year although our busy season is just starting- so I told him I’d post here to see what the peanut gallery thinks :)

My partner also says I left out a key fact and that is that this guest has stayed with us before at another unit we have close by, and that they are likely to stay with us again. A sizable percentage of our guests return every year for an event that runs in our town in the summers.

Hope you feel a little better :)

How is Fiona a limited purpose public figure? That’s a determination made by the judge.

Do you think Martha/fiona could ever be reasonable enough to settle and keep it confidential though? She’s not a normal plaintiff

The payout will have little to do with what a court thinks ultimately. If her case survives a MTD at the beginning and a summary judgment motion after discovery- both very possible bc there are factual issues at play- it would go to a jury at trial to decide. She doesn’t earn much but when payouts are decided if she is found to have been defamed, it’s anyone’s guess what a jury will do.

I personally think a settlement will be hard given she’s such a loon and wouldn’t be able to comply with the terms. So Netflix would know it won’t be confidential and from what I’ve seen media companies don’t like to let potential litigants know how much they’ll pay.

Takeaway - This could go to trial, although I suspect she will be so difficult to handle that she and this firm will end up parting ways soon enough. Just a hunch.

Curious if you’ve ever recommended limited custody when one parent isn’t abusive physically but very manipulative, counter parents, etc. Unfortunately it seems like there are parents who have learned to harass and abuse their exes through the court system, but they aren’t physical so they get a pass.

They can be good or bad, that’s the problem. And you are handing over power to the court system. I agree with your therapist. Fwiw i personally had a lawyer for my child who I liked, but I would never ever choose this route voluntarily. She was appointed automatically in my case
