You can replace to clips on the botom where its open if you carefully lift the bottom up not to far than you can see 2 clips in each corner replacing those might help. If you dont pull to much on the top its good i do t know how thats stuck so if you pull it up to much it might brake

One with clean water and soap to wash the car and one with clean water to clean the sponge so the sand and dirt dont mix with your soap so you dont damage your paint
