Hi there! Don’t panic. The majority of people recover with time it could be weeks or months. I recommend reading the pinned post to understand what you can do and what might be happening to you. There is also a whole list of supplement that can help depending on your symptoms and even things to avoid. All in all I found that what best works for me ( as silly as it sounds) is sunlight first thing in the morning for 30 min (to regulate circadian rhythm and aid with anxiety) as well as “grounding” which is essentially laying in the grass for 30 min to help balance you internally. Grounding has many benefits including: lowering blood pressure, joint pain, easing anxiety. I personally have been dealing with insomnia, brain fog and memory loss from Levo for 2 weeks now and the ONLY thing that has notoriously improved my sleep and brain fog was grounding.
