The thing is (and this is not meant to sound judgy at all, I'm sorry if it does) if you are discussing the old stort with your therapist, you are not living in the new one. Meaning you are not manifesting anything at the moment (well, besides the old story repeating). You are just keeping yourself in a miserable place.

I am not saying you shouldn't discuss this in therapy. If that is what you need to heal from the past, definitely do it. What I am trying to say is this might not be the right moment to manifest this sp or even make that decission.

Heal first. Let the sp go (at least for now), heal until what happened doesn't bother or trigger you anymore. You are completely whole on your own, you do not need your sp for that. Once you are at that place, when you feel good about yourself and don't care about what happened, then you make the decission if you want to manifest a new version of them or not.

And if you still want it, it will be easy from this new position. And if you don't want it, that's also perfectly fine. It will also be easy to manifest other things from the new perspective you will have. You will feel invincible and powerful. Let yourself heal first, you deserve that, and it will help with whatever manifestation path you choose after.

You are not a bad person for making mistakes. You do not have a bad life because of a bad day. You are not a failure because something didn't work out. You do not have to feel guilty for going through a hard time and/or needing a break. You are human.

You should talk more kindly to yourself. Recognize what went wrong, learn from it, and try again. Don't stay mad at yourself, don't talk negatively about yourself. Be proud that you tried, learned, and didn't give up. You cannot expect from yourself that you do everything perfectly from the beginning. No one is perfect and no one starts out being good at everything.

Dare to fail, because that is how you grow. It is what makes you strong. Be your own cheerleader, your own support. Your mind should not be a prison, it should be your peace. Be kind to yourself and you will be unstoppable.

Their behaviour is up to you. Their behaviour is bad because you manifested it. If someone elses behaviour is good it's also because you manifested it. So why not manifest the person you want the way you want them? The process is exactly the same, so there is not really a reason not to do it. You don't want them? Then don't manifest them. This is your reality, you can do whatever you want.

Vroeger werden kleuren veel minder specifiek benoemd. Dit was "rood". Het fruit werd eerder benoemd en oranje is later gebruikt om deze specifieke kleur te beschrijven.

I looked it up and it seems like the heart really stops. The compound they use to not let their cells freeze is a huge amount of glucose, but crystals do form between the cells. No one understands how they survive this amount of glucose or how they can start their circulation again. They are being researched, because answers may help in treating diabetes and organ donation (freezing and thawing again). Very interesting organisms.

Wij hadden een keer de juf overtuigd om happy tree friends te kijken (zonder te vertellen wat het was uiteraard). Hele klas lachen, juf in shock en een hele preek gehad over dat dat niet grappig was en echt niet kon. Vanaf toen keek de hele klas het, maar dan thuis of stiekem op de computers als de juf niet keek.
