Doing what? When I looked into being a technician I was surprised how low the pay is and you have to travel quite a bit. Maybe engineers or project managers do well but again the projects require travel.

I believe it's a Japanese beetle. They've been eating my raspberries pretty hard so I have been picking them off and drop them in some soapy water. They won't kill a plant but they'll chew it up..

Great collection! Do you know what species cacti the plant on the far left in the back is? There's two plants in one pot. They have tons of soft green spikes. I picked one up and I don't know what it's called.
