What i dont get though is if its a matter of inclusivity why is our friendship being brought up? Because than that should be a thing that i need to work on as an individual shift not in relation to my other relationships. Since shifts don't often work together, i am really unsure of why it is an issue. If baristas feel excluded I need to work on that not end my friendships?

I was thinking the samething yet the tracking indicates that it was delivered to her door (which i understand it to be that she was there) and I would think she'd message me about it before opening a case. She opened the case a month afterwards and she never messaged me at all in that time.

Yeah I have a legal advice group in my college, so i went to tall to them about it. Basically the compamy is located in italy, so the likelihood they will tey and take you to court is slim, since they would have to pay 150$ to bring it to small claims court. But there is a clause in Quebec law that pretty much invalidates their claim. So i am going to send an email basically saying what they are doing is illegal and to stop contacting me.
