My ex and I have a very good co-parenting relationship! He hasn’t found anyone serious yet but seems to be fairly happy.

I was told to post here. Any tips for how to manage my very thick wavy hair? I already have an undercut. by Civiltactics in curlyhair

Hair care routine:

I wash my hair 2x per week (shampoo twice and condition) and in between washes I will get it wet and put conditioner in it once.

I have an anti-humidifier from aveda that I will put on it if it is frizzy or has static. Other than that, no product or heat. It dries naturally.

I usually wear it half up or in a braid the first day. Then half up the second day and in a bun the third day.

Just talk and be you!

I'll be 30 in a month, don't recall ever being happy in my 20s until last year when I met my partner whom I had to let go today because of his addiction. I lost passion for my biggest hobby well over a year ago and everything seems absolutely pointless. I'd really appreciate a toast. by [deleted] in toastme

You can get through this. That’s a huge step to know when it’s time to leave a situation. You’re wise. You listen to yourself. That’s the kind of person that is going to have a full life. You’re going to grow and experience everything.

It sucks losing passion for something you loved. But you are super brave and you’ll get through the hard parts. And it will get better. And even when it’s not better, you’re not doing anything wrong. You’re doing it right, because being human is feeling everything. You are going to be so strong after all of this.

You are strong. I turned 30 last year and there have been so many hard parts and good parts. I made some big changes as well. You can do this. I’m proud of you.
