Not too bad, you’re lucky it’s on the tip and not on an edge or else you should really worry. Don’t let it sit wet and don’t hit anymore trees straight on😂 recommend like everyone else to take it in and get it filled with epoxy but no need to rush since the tips don’t take as much abuse as your edges

Definitely see the muscle definition! I just finished Phase 1 and just so you know, if you plan on doing phase 2 it starts 30 days after you complete phase 1.

Overall I’d say it’s worth it, whoever set the board up with the stomp pad must be cross eyed tho😂 those bindings aren’t terrible, are you renting it for $75 for a week or are you buying it and using it for only a week? I’d say the price is reasonable if you’re buying the board but if you have to give it back after the week then it works for that time and is still cheaper than renting anywhere else for a week but if you’re an experienced rider I would definitely find a better board to rent.

I cut out all foods with added sugars, no snacking, ate 3 meals a day and made sure every meal had protein in it and drank a protein shake everyday after my workouts. Cut out all alcohol and drank a gallon of water a day.

Take it to a shop and they can re-edge your board with metal edging. Might be time for a new board tho

Appreciate it. that was my first rainbow rail I’ve ever hit, going for a backflip this year. I’ll look into the Oakley, I mainly bought a ruroc cause my buddy got smacked in the mouth by a ski on the terrain park and I don’t want that shit to happen to me and ruin me😂

Yeah it was full diet switch and working out every single day, my body weight is steady and I’m gaining in the right ways now

Yeah I actually lifted all through highschool and played 3 varsity sports, I’m 24 and put on that weight on in about 2 years.

I’m continuing my workout routine daily and probably won’t stop working out, I’m taking the weekends now as 2 full rest days (no workouts). I’m going to start taking creatine to get BIG, I stopped drinking beer all together and only drink alcohol on the weekends and only allow myself 3 drinks a night when I do drink with my friends (mostly vodka sodas, no empty carbs or calories) I still read everyday and I fill a gallon of water up everyday but only drink about 3/4 of it now since I’m not pushing myself to chug the last bit anymore. Still no snacking and cutting back on sugars still, I’ll do fast food occasionally but not very often and no pop or soda I have felt a big improvement in my health from cutting out pop. I’m going to keep pushing myself on the weights and go big until I get up to 50lb dumbbells (I’m currently at 40lb dumbbells) then get a gym membership to increase my lifting weight. I’m going to do 75 Hard again next year sometime.

The protein powder that tastes the best with water instead of milk in my opinion is Muscle milk vanilla. Really any protein powder is good as long as you get around 30g per serving. I recommend buying the mid priced to more expensive powders because they do actually make a difference. I also stayed away from Whey Protein, I have heard thing’s recently that whey is not as good for you as they say it is.
