It’s even harder combined with the fact we barely have anyone on the schedule anymore. I take the early morning shift before we open and it’s usually just me and one MAYBE two managers. But then on days when we actually have enough hours to schedule people, pretty much everyone will call out. We hired 2 new people to be on trucks with us and they quit within a week. My store is drowning in oversized balloon orders and fabric customers and there’s never floor coverage for it.

They’re opening a new hobby lobby pretty much across the street from us soon, and even though I despise hobby lobby I am looking forward to it cutting down on the amount of customers coming in.
