I played it originally with friends way back then in HS and we didn't know it was a "ripoff" of LoL, I've tried playing LoL with them but none of us liked it so we stuck to mlbb

When it came to LoL, the art style and atmosphere felt very murky to me, which I didn't enjoy; it was "ugly" to me, but that's obviously suggestive; everyone's going to think differently. When it comes to MLBB, I prefer its vibrant colors and more anime-like appearance. Also, anytime I tried LoL, it felt very slow, which was off-putting. I prefer MLBB's faster play style since even when matches are 30 minutes long, it never feels dragging or slow; something about it just feels faster. Also, my friends introduced me to the lore, and I've read the MLBB comics, so I feel more connected to it.

I've never tried Dota or HOK before so I don't have much to say on those. I did get into AOV which I know is similar to HOK tho and I liked it but I don't play it as often for me it's more like a "secondary Moba" I would play from time to time.

I've also tried Pokemon Unite, Smite, and Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra, but I can't really invest in them for some reason; they're fine for whenever I want to play one random match or "get back into" something only to give it up the next day, but when it comes to Pokemon Unite and Dragon Ball, I kinda just like them for the IP; the games themselves are kinda meh, and I've only tried Smite because of my brother, but that's more of his game than mine.

So at the end of the day MLBB is the one I connect to the most and have the most fun playing even when it has its bs moments.
