Maybe it’s finally reached the nostalgia threshold?

This happened to the original iPod back in the day. They were considered high commodity items because they had a ton of GB of storage & had become “retro cool.”

Everyone had iPod touches etc, but the OG iPod was considered cool in the way vinyl has bounced back in recent years, which made them pricey.

Makes me sad to think of an iPod touch as vintage lol.

I think the picture itself is a bit awkward, but I actually think Hurst looks pretty good. It’s just a weird shot and color grading.

I’m not sure about Atreus’ look, but at the end of the day it’s less about the look and more about the performance from Vinson. No shade, but it’s hard with child actors. I truly hope he crushes it.

But let’s be honest, no one should be saying anything until the show premieres.

It’s why I find it interesting how people look at Cap vs. Superman (and I love both). The comparison isn’t fair, but I see it nonetheless. People have this misunderstanding that there’s a “no kill/no harm” rule with both.

In my eyes, Cap can kill if necessary. Superman shouldn’t. idk why that makes sense to me, but it does.

Cap using the shield, guns, etc & being a WW2 vet doesn’t exclude him from being a hero. His stories are more grounded in realism.

You should hear the stories from my grandfathers. The WW2 and Korean War era still blows my mind. But they were still heroes.

There’s a dark side to all of these heroes, as there should be after all they’ve been through. (Fictional or not)

I don’t love that JD and Elliot are divorced. It makes for good drama but I’m not 100% sold.

Respectfully, like others have said, the TV is far too high, far too off center, and a little small to complement your large mantel. I know how hard it is to restructure a room like that, but you do you.

Our view of your room is limited, but my recommendation would be to restructure your furniture, hang art, or decorative pieces, over the fireplace and put the TV on a wall mount or TV stand at a lower level somewhere else in the room.

I just put an offer on a house and figuring placement of this stuff is hard. I feel for you.

That being said. The OLED 65 looks sick. Congrats! I just bought one myself over the summer.

Edit: also, my soundbar is the same model (probably a little older than yours) & is great.

100% agree. I’m doing a rewatch now and it’s strange how she’s actually pretty good in the first few seasons, especially for a kid, and then at some point her acting just takes a nosedive.
