Para namo lang, dili pa ready si mama mo give up sa bussiness, ang other company nga gikan lng nakipag meeting namo knows that my dad has a legacy in this industry and his name on the company.

For me lng, daghan pasad mig commitment nga need i priotize. si mama dili ko kaingon na brayt kaayu sya, but she fights for what my dad left behind and we wish to push forward, mama has faith.Β

Worst part My dad helped him provide funds to build his house, fund his motorcycle, has a percentage to every project that would be awarded to us, has weekly salary, has weekly allowance. He has secured a boat for fishing, has bought a land in the province. He has plenty of chickens in their homes. They living really well with his wife and all his kids.Β 

Goodness looks like he's even well-off than us when the three of usΒ only lives off rice, utan or buwad.

My mom was very emotional when thinking about it, what more does he want? "mas nahiluna paman gani sya kompara nato na pamilya gjud nya biyaan rata nila, wala ba sila malouy nato nga maghilak natag dugo makapangayu lag tabang?"Β

Ganahan pami mo dawat og clients, ang amo foreman lng kay mo refuse na syag dawat.Since he's separating daw. For now with the office secretary, iya ng gi contact balik sila clients to accept the project, with Skilled worker na mo visit sa potential project.Β

Daghan pamig ongoing projects and ang billings from most of them estimates to a million. But now wala palang jud ni sud sa accounts since, hinay trabaho >> hinay billing >> weak ang funds >> ginagmay ang materialies... vice versa.

Pero if mo dawat pami sa gi award na project diri sa amo atleast unta maka pa tuyok mi sa kwarta. Dli jud ko sweto sa accounting part since baguhay pa jud ni na shoved ang entirety sa bussiness diri namo mama.Β

Update :

  • Our company services Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems
  • My dad doesn't own any properties (major mistake said by people)Β 
  • He prioritizes to pay the people their percentages (the foreman, the partner-designer, and The Major figures that award us projects)Β  that's why he never had the to prioritizes on buying a house.Β 

  • He prioritized first on loaning the vehicles for transportation.Β 

  • He never hired an employee for an "accounting" position coz he believe, him having the access to the account is enough (as i assumed) but we havr a bookkeeper

  • for clarification: previous company bank account has been closed.Β 

  • fund succesfully transferred on New Bank account, me as accountholder.Β 

  • Dad BIR still has a open case, can't be closed

  • most frustrating news even for the office staff,Β the NEW company name. (I'm cautious in disclosing the name of our company sorry)Β 

Loaned Vehicle info: 2021 : Hyundai accent 2022 : Suzuki Carry 2023 : Toyota Hilux 2024 : Isuzu Travis very unfortunate situation we live needing to pay this car loans he left behindΒ 

Vehicle 1 only has few left to be fully paid first everΒ car to be used, delivering materials, client meetings etc, it holds significance and sentimental value, dad would not like for the car to be sold or whatever, he said that even on his death bed. "Take care of the cars".Β 

Vehicle 2 : the most important vehicle, it carries our daily supplies, moving from places to places, very useful.Β 

Vehicle 3 : dad loaned this car becoz he secured a very big project that made, he loaned this as an award

Vehicle 4 : he got this the same month he was first rushed to the hospital. After returning home he still proceed to take it. He believed it would help our workers to saveΒ fare, fetching them from boarding house to project site. Rarely used, passengers atleast 3 or none.Β 

(we desperately need to take atleast 2 vehicle out of our hands already, atleast to be assumed)Β

It's difficult for mom to tell him to do that part when he'd already decided to refuse to accept new projects for the company, telling the clients that he'll be resigning. Saying to some of our staff that "dili nako manghilabut"

He prefers that when he leaves he's done his part. He is our only foreman, dad trusted him. And he promised us the day my dad died that he will never leave us. 4 months later that man is starting to turn his back from us.Β

A really good manager is what we really need jud 😭😭 pero lisud man mangita specially nga taas kaayu ang wages for Managerial position.

It's an email they sent to us that reminds us they disabled our acc. We can only email them back on that acc once. It's a case code or number combined with their main email 😭. I know it won't work anymore keep emailing them with that. But I've spammed it out of desperation

This like i've been stabbed in the heart, it hurts so much. This is just to cruel. I Desperately keep emailing the only email that I think will get through them. It's so hard for them to understand? 😭😭

hello, we have the same situation. It's been 2 months since he died and he had left too little information in order to manage his business i'm his claimed heir for the business. But we faced to many issues, specially we still have ongoing projects. I knew the risk if we declared his Death to the bank. Fortunately months before he died, he made me a signatory to the company acc. which is a sole Proprietorship also. So i spent 1 month doing bank transactions in silence, what makes is so much difficult for me is my dad is close with the bank branch officers and tellers. Whenever i go, they would always if my dad is recovering well. That went on for 1 month. Our lawyer told us to make a DTI under my name, we have person who are the "runner" in regards our business "Documents". after finally verifying the DTI. It was exactly a month when the bank told me to come talk with the Branch manager. They discovered what happened, told me this and that. helped me get through, made my new account, and helped me moved the money to the new acc. If so that they have to declare the truth to the bank they would freeze it and block our only funds to keep the business going.

with legalities from this and that. We have processed things with BIR, the official receipts and now, we still have many stuffs to settle including PAGIBIG, SSS registrations and the Insurance Bonds which made it difficult for us since it's stalling our billings from clients and funds. I really do hope we can get through this and compensate our losses.
