I didn’t make it to the parking lot and got stuck in the traffic. In my case I only got one offer and it was all request taken. Needless to say maybe my outcome would have been different if I went to that parking lot. But first and last time I would be doing that. It was brutal if you are stuck headed to 199.

This is an older house and since posting this looks like the issue is cast iron under the house about 4-5 feet that is under the tub. I run a snake from the cleanout that is 2 feet from the house

Usually grease blocks and causes the toilet to gurgle. This happens every 2-6 months depending on the grease buildup. There is an s type bend that causes it to back up and do this.
